For my motivationals, they were the best when I set them to 3/4-full stiff all around with that spring rate. You won't need or want to adjust them after that. Rides like buttah...

BUMP

Can't believe no one wants this coil-over set up. It by far has the best balance between comfort and performance out of all the other available kits. Of course that's just my opinion, but I'm sure there are many that will agree with me.
