Is that 210 or 120?

In case it is the later I got them! 210 is a bit steep though...

They're $250 brand new plus shipping and considering these were barely used, $210 shipped is a good price.

I'm sure they'd help suspension response in the rear but I'm fine with using the progress rear mounts and bushings.

Rob, are they for GC/coilovers or can they be used with normal (say Hyperco) springs as well?

They're intended for coilovers because you have to remove the OEM upper perches. So you'd need a tophat and bushing or in the case of the Progress coilovers, just the isolator/bumpstop upper spring bushing.

Lowered my price, someone pointed out to me what they go for new and I realized that I was mistaken in thinking that Scott charged $250 for them new.

Top mounts.
On the rear strut towers, from below, between the strut top and the strut tower.
No they are not.

They are a spherical bearing mount, like found in the GC camber kit, but don't feature adjustment and are for the rear. They shorten suspension response time due to the strut rod being attached more solidly to the car because there's no rubber bushing to soften that.
