Externally Adjustable Shortened Konis

Spec V externally adjustable Konis fronts. Perfect for B13/B14 with Ground Control or Lowering springs. Can ship in two weeks when I get my next order from Koni. I have the housings completed but am waiting on the Koni's to arrive. The hard part is done so turnaround is not a issue with these. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE CORES. These are bolt on ready to go after you paint them. Good with springs up to 400lbs.

Price $415. Shipping is 25 to the greater 48 ussually.
Price does not include painting. They are sandblasted and ready to paint.

I'll take them Steve. What housings are they? Just wondering if I go with a traditional spring vs. a coilover what do I need to buy? Sorry if this is a dumb question. Also would like to chat about your thoughts on rears. From what I recall I think you said that standard red inserts are fine on the rears with the B13 cores.

They or set up for OEM "style springs" but they can be used with GC easily. Lets chat on Saterday when I have free minutes. PM me your number and I will call you.

I am trying to get away from making these on a custom order basis. So I am posting the ones that are basicaly done as "for sale" Then I don't have a lot of stuff sitting in my garage and I don't end up having my customers wait for me to actually have the time to do them. THis last month killed me. I had 8 struts to make for people that prepaid. It was so cold out I could not clean anything, sandblast anything and I felt horrible about my turnaround time. So now I am building som things in advance so that I can just do them when I have time. Thats a long story to answer your question. Anyway. What do you want? Then I can go find what I need to make them and you can just buy them when they are done. Then I don't have your money and I don't feel guilty. [sarcasm] Dont you know this is all about me [/sarcasm] I can still do a custom order. No problem. But I have picked over my local yards real bad and it's getting hard for me to find cores. If you have the cores that makes things easier.

You said it best in one of my threads:

Quote:
1) Go get 2 front 92 Maxima used housings from a junkyard.
2) Buy 2 Koni 92 Maxima front struts, 2 Koni 95-99 Sentra rear shocks.
3) Install them per the instrutction.
4) Get som GC stuff, 300ish front, 250 min rear rates. I would do 350/300.
5) Before you install the Koni's have a welder install the GC ring for the Koni per GC recommendation.
How much you want for it? Probably without the coilover's, I might just use my stock springs, if possible. I can wait a bit.

Maybe after they get installed I'll send you my old suspension and then you can do whatever you like with it.

Steve, can you write a FAQ for this please? There's way too many options. B13 housings, Maxima housings, reds, yellow, SpecV inserts. It's enough to make my head spin, and I'm probably not the only one who feels this way.

Thanks,
Chris

not to sound too ignorant, but if i currently have GC w/ Kyb struts on the front of my b-13, these struts with spec V inserts would bolt right up (ie, just swap over my gc sleeves and springs?

and koni's would bolt up to my GC camber plates?

thanks!

They will just need you to transfer the collar over sleeves and then get a new bolt from GC for the Konis up front.

Do you sell just the B15 front inserts for us DIY's. Or where could we get them.

Thanks
Ben
