LOL Before I close this thread Ill explain how totaly NOT messed up this sale was.
Heres a play by play of what happend.
-I post the mount up for sale
-shiftsideways ask what my paypal is
-I read his post and realize that I didnt post up my paypal addy and that the price posted was wrong
-I post in the thread right after him/her and put my paypal along with " the first person to paypal me gets this"
-Erich paypals me first....
Where in any of that did
I do somthing wrong? This is the real world people. If I waited for half of the people who said they were going to buy something to buy it nothing would get done. If your business minded then your smart enough to know that holding a part for someone on the ASSUMPTION that they are going to buy it will more then likely normally make you miss out on buyers with cash in hand. On top of that the person who you were holding it for might flake on you and not buy it. Then youve missed out on countless buyers because you were wating for this one person to come through with the cash. I dont have time for that. Bobbyisking you sell your stuff the way you want to. But I sell my stuff the smart way AKA whoever sends me the cash first is who gets it.
On top of that Shift4sideways never sent me a Pm asking me to hold it. He/she never said they were going to buy it for sure. Lets be real, shift4sideways couldve posted "whats your paypal" just to point out that I forgot to post it (aka just posting to help out). Assume nothing.
If you notice most of the members that have been here for a while sell stuff just like I do. The real world way, whoever sends the cash first gets it. "It was really shady", "it was messed up"???? Cry me a river guys lol. Money talks People.
