I never done international shipping before. I just looked up USPS Priority Mail international is like $85.50 no insurance, that's high IMO

I have some new cheap pads that came with them, 15" might be tight is you have anything bigger that 11" rotors

yes the 15" wheel allow 11"rotors not more.
You give the pads with the calipers?
