Good visuals Pretty White. Heard about the ball point spring method but didn't know how to go about it. The Momo wheel I have sitting around will be making its way into the se-r, holla.

Any issues with the turn signal not canceling itself? Never had the wheel off on my NX, so forgive me if this is a dumb question. I had this problem on a Neon once when I installed a Momo.
I have a Momo steering wheel but my horn buttons are on the side, how do I get that to work? do I stick a wire in the hole(there are two wires though coming from each button) so everytime I push the button it makes contact for the horn to sound....does the other wire have to see a 12v source or something?

Not if you position the strikers in line with the cancel switch on the hub.

As long as the horn ring on on the back of the steering wheel hub, the ballpoint pen trick is all you should need.
I will take pics in a few minutes.
Sorry, I been busy and my wife took the camera to take pics of a house. I will do it later on this evening.
If you do have an aftermarket steering wheel it should be included in the box with the instructions. So this should not be necessary, but I will still take pics.

22mm socket and a hell of a lot of forceful turning. Once the nut of loose, hit the steering wheel a few times on both both sides with the backsides of your hands to loosen it,
Don't know about the rest of you guys, but the above instruction, while helpful, weren't the whole story on my car ('93 NX). I drilled out the hole above, saw the brass/copper contact back there, but there was no power to that contact. Reason is, the power for the horn comes through the airbag circuit, the yellow-jacketed cabling with the flat connectors. When you install a Momo adapter you have to remove the clockspring, thus you lose the power wire going through the column.
The solution, thanks to Ray Kawski and Matt Ostlund, is to run the yellow/green wire from the spiral (clickspring) harness to the back of the wiper stalk assembly. That will provide power to the brass/copper contacts inside, to which the spring and the pin you create will touch.
Ok, today I went out and tried to make my horn work on my aftermarket steering wheel, but instead of what is pictured, I was presented with something else. I encountered 3 prongs, not a hole. The prongs when pushed will go forward back into their housings. So, do these have to be removed? Does this require splicing wires? I have a 94 SE-R w/cruise control (the cruise control doesn't work though). I can't figure this out, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Mike.
Mike, you don't have an airbag, right? This topic is about cars that have the 'bags, such as the NX.
See that pin on the upper left, the top one in the left circle next to the screw? That's what you need; that is the pin that will ride against the contact wheel on the steering wheel adapter. Simply clean up those contacts, verify with a test light and/or multimeter that you have power at that pin, re-grease them lightly, and you're all set... - GA
