Get a electric speed pinion, in place of the mechanical one (it is the thing that your cable connects to) switch them out wire it up and problem solved.

Hey Back from the dead, I'm in a 93 NX2000 and I have a 91 NX1600 for parts - anyone ever get around to seeing what the difference was to wire it up to a 93-94?

Get me the location and colors of each wire on the analog cluster from a 93-94 and I can whip you up a new diagram like the one I posted for the 91-92.

if anyone else does this make sure u use a speedo sensor from an automatic tranny and u must use a digital cluster from a automatic nx1600, same for manual, today i put in a speedo sensor from a automatic in my automatic because the sensors are different (manual and automatic) and its worked with the manual cluster i put in, but the speedo was double off ( i was doing 30 when it should be 60) got another cluster out of a automatic nx1600 and my speedo i know accurate... so make sure you put both auto or manual together in.. (speedo gear and cluster)

If you're willing to do a wiring diagram for the 93-94 analog cluster to the digi cluster, here's the diagrams from a 93 FSM

Let me know if you need anything else out of the 93 FSM.
