Hey guys, I had the wiring a bit messed up. That is why my lights were not bright enough.

SR20 91 SE-R informed that his car was having the similar issue and was able to diagnose the problem. Thanks SR20 91 SE-R!

I updated the directions, but here is the picture of what the wiring diagram looks like:

what I found to be a perfect fit for the DRL's is a bumper marker bulb and socket from a B13, an I have them ghetto wired to turn on with ignition so as long as the key is in ACC they are on, but I did say ghetto *** its wired to the wipers so they turn of when the wipers are on, good thing it dont rain much in SoCal will post pics tommorow

Thats actually not too bad, I would consider it more, but I already have the side markers sitting on the corners... hehe
