Ok guys hope this helps I found the belt for the water pump pullie with out p/s the number is ko40252 and your gonna have to have two people to do this. One has to turn the crank pully while the other try's to put belt on with a flat head screw driver. I got it on pretty easy and it fits just right. Good luck.

That should be true as the PS and Alt. are OEM sized. If not I my mind has gone.

Thanks for the help.
Yes the belts for the 2 pulley set work fine with the 4 pulley set.

FYI when installing the alt pulley (011030702) you might need a washer as a stem [for] the OEM pulley is a bit longer than the UR pulley [stem wise]. Without that washer the alt might lock up.

Ok, I have the same problem, I am bypassing my A/C. It is way to big with the UR Crank pulley.

Now, my question is the Gates K040310 is only has 4 ribs compared to the stock 6 ribbed belt. Would it be an issue running a 4 ribbed belt to the alternator.

I ran that belt for six months with zero problems.

I have an auto P11 and it should be the same as an auto P10?

CarQest Micro-V K060390 21mm x 1000mm and K040340 1.4mm x 880mm should work for an auto with AC. From what I read in this thread 805mm is used when there is no AC.

Please someone double check the above!

My P11 is a 99 with a 4 pulley set. More or less so far so good. But the alternator pulley might have killed my alternator...

I have a 01 B15 as well and do not use underdrive or lighter weight pulleys on it for the risk of wear.

ok the 3 pieace pulley set for 91 to 01 SER or G20.. the power stearing and water pump the size belt from napa was part # 25040340......34 5/8 which makes it 881mm workes perfect.

as far as the crank to altinator with no AC im still trying diffrent belts. i dont want to try the 4 rib (which i can get) when it needs a 6 rib belt. i *** the lengh has to be between 805mm to 820mm but no one seems to have that in six rib or maybe they to lazy to look...

my last try will be tomorrow since napa cant get the last belt i want to try in time today. Im sure that belt will work since its about 2 inches longer and the last one i tired was to short. we will see how it goes tomorrow.

i just installed the 4pc pullies w/ac i noticed how people remove the passanger side mount to get the wp pullie off. all you have to to is just remove the crank pulley and you can remove the pullie from the bottom. just make sure you break the 4 bolts loose before removing the belts. and for the ps just dissconnected the ps lines and droped the pullie and hit it with the impact. then just bolts the ps pump back up.

back from the dead...

need help figuring out what belt sizes i would need for the following combo:

UR Crank Pulley
Stanza WP
Stock PS Pump
Stock Alternator

i would use the string method and just bring it to an autoparts store but the problem is that the powersteering and alternator are still on the car and not on the engine that will be getting the stanza wp and UR crank...

TIA!
