If you are planning on removing you A/C and you have the 2 pulley set use the smaller of 2 belt sizes listed (k040310) the other alternater belt they have listed is too big and won't tighten up enough.
Here is the NAPA part number for cars that decide to run WITHOUT A/C and wish to run a 6 ribbed belt instead of a 4 ribbed belt.
It is part number 25-060331 (Napa belt that is 6 ribbed).

Just a heads up. I do not know if they changed their pully marks, but I know my set and several others start at 0 instead of -5 degrees BTDC. So stick a screwdriver down cylinder #1 if you wanna chack which mark is 0 degrees TDC.

What size belts would I use with 3 pulleys minus the crank?w/o ac.
If the crank and a/c pulley were gone that would make 2 not 3. the power steering and waterpump being left. Unless im not understanding what your saying..

for this part W/P P/S- Gates k040340, use the k040350, the 340 didnt fit over, it was impossible we pulled hard, the 350 fit nicely and was adjusted with ease.
Who has done this??? I had mine changed and now the smaller one (W/P?) is wobbling and I need to get it tightened. I read on the instructions that you need to move the motor over to the driver's side, if you can't reach it (LOL). Does anyone have suggestions since there is a good 2" gap to get tools in???

I had the same problem with my water pump pulley. Luckily I noticed that it wasn't sitting right on the water pump when i spun it to see if the belts would line up. After trying to tighten it and no luck ; I eventually found out that the hole that is supposed to line up in the middle was too small. I had to widen it with a dremel, I also filed down the outside of the water pump nipple a little too. Not that tough, but I had the engine out. You would think that they would fit perfect right out of the box, but that wasn't the case for me.
