HOW TO: Wire E-manage for all harnesses.

This is how to wire your Emanage for the injector, ignition, and main harness, without buying all the harnesses.

A great new resource is the emanage forums: http://www.emanageforums.com/

Start off with the Rotary Switches set like Tomcat says here:

I think those settings are true for both B13 and B14's.

First picture is of main harness.

We have 4 injectors, unless someone with an RB is reading this or other non-Nissan 6 cylinder, so we use:

Injector 1: blue/red
Injecotr 2: orange/red
Injector 3: yellow/red
Injecotr 4: purple/red
Injector Ground: black/red

Now those colors don't HAVE to be that, those are just to reference the locations on that picture. Just write down what color wires you used from the ignition harness for your application.

Second picture:

Ignition harness (plug 2 that comes with the ignition harness)

1) Cut your ignition wire that goes to your ECU.

2) ECU to E-manage Ch. 1 in (blue/white)

3) E-manage to car Ch. 1 out (blue/black)

Done!

Those colors you should not have to change, you can use those exact colors.

Now you have full control of ignition and injector maps.

Hope this helps.

Did I get everything Nate? I better ask because you will check my sh*t out.
This is my own diagram of what each wire is on the Main Harness

here is the wire diagram for the b14/p11 provided by tomcat, it corresponds dirrectly with the daigram above.

Here is the wire diagram from phatg20.net for the b13/p10

OK, Im aobut to go install my emange... Thanks for the info!

However, I just noticed an error that might not get picked up by others. The harness u have labeled going from Injectors 1-4, should be the other way around going from injector 4-1, left to right of the picture.

Hi guys,

The info you posted here is great, but I have a question about the airflow meter hookup.

My GA16DE (Mexico built) has 2 wires (Orange and white) which goes to the ECU as "Mass Airflow sensor 1" and "Mass Airflow sensor 2" as shown on your diagram.

Do I intercept one of these wires to the emanage unit? Or do I intercept the Green/Yellow ( goes to ECU pin #27)

Thanks
Adam

You don't use Mass Airflow Sensor 2 unless you have two MAF's like a Skyline or similar setup. (You can use MAF input 2 if you have a wideband but that is a totally more involved setup then your standard wiring.)

You should intercept only one wire coming from the MAF, it's the signal wire, you don't want the constant power wire. What year car do you have? (OBDII or OBDI)
