Just Dynoed my car, very rich, low numbers?

Just dynoed my car today, i'll post the dyno slip in a little bit. Highest was 195 hp and 190 torque. The air/fuel sensor was the tail sniffer thingy that hooks up to the muffler and reads o2, or something like that. well what happened was that i had three runs. at the end of the first run, the tail sniffer fell out, and just the tip part was still in the muffler. the second and third run had the tail sniffer tip on the muffler, so that may had affected the air/fuel reading. anyways, from 3500 or so all the way to redline, i had a constant 10 to 1 air/ fuel ration, which was pig rich. the guy told me that it didn't move up and down at all, with the highest being like 10.6 to 1 or so. this is from 3500 to 7500. i'm running a jwt ecu on car with my mods on the sig. the guy said that if i was to tune my setup with a wideband and my safc, i should be at about 220 or so. anyways, any thoughts are welcome. o yeah, i think it was a dynojet.

numbers are very low for what you got, you sure you dont have a small boost leak or anything? I would also check the timin and set it to 17.

What's your fuel pressure? You're only running the 3bar program? You may have a boost leak. What's your MAF voltage and injector duty cycle? Check the TPS also.

If you're only run the 3 bar program, do not turn up the boost! Only run the stock boost level. Otherwise, you'll run out of injector. Your setup, at stock boost (~7.5psi) should put down ~230whp.

i'm running stock 7 pounds boost. i may have a boost leak, as my idle isn't perfect, but ok. When I boost, my gauge shows constant 7 psi, it doesn't fall. With a leak, shouldn't it fall? My timing could be off, as it hasn't been confirmed completely because i haven't had a chance to check. My idle isn't steady and low with the tps disconnected. If I am really running very rich, then i can understand these low numbers. but like i said, the air/fuel sniffer that they stuck in the tail pipe did fall off about a third of the way, so just the tip was still in the muffler. that can be the reason why it read so much o2. I'm just running a jwt ecu, so it shouldn't be that rich?

It sound like I'm having a bit of the same problem myself. I'm also running a t25 but with a stock ecu and safc and I made 208hp and 212 tq. My idle is very bad. I think the shop that tune my car does not know what there doing.
