Yeh, but what he's saying is that the engine has probably been starved of oil a bit, so the bearings should be changed.

Most of the time they don't start engines after they take them out of the original car it came in... Most dents are from shipping.

Are these prices with turbo? Are the turbos in good shape?

I would change the bearings reguardless. Sr20's like to spin bearings.

please help

hi i bought a sr20det motor from tigerjapanese.com, its the $720 one. i just want to know if that is an avenir motor or what. anybody know how i can get an avenir wiring harness. thank you

but the stock sr20de distributor is different from the avenir distributor so the plug wont fit.

You swap your USDM distributor onto the det, as well as a couple of your sensors. Search and you will find the ones I am speaking of.

aveniers are obd-2 that y their different.use ur stock dizzy/o2/ect/temp sensor and harness

I dont think it will fit, I know. Just swap all your shizit over from your motor. Which ECU are you going to use? If the swap came with the ECU, use that.

DCRB13 sounds like you really need to research man. Avenir is a clear give away with the silvertop cover. Search more on the forum before you throw that thing on the car. Get all the info you need straight.

why buy the u13? the avenir is newer and surprisingly even cheaper.

I think i was the first to post/ask about this company (7 months ago)and everyone gave a thumbs down and said it wasn't any good.
