Yeah the Redtop U13 is older and more expensive. If i was going to do this I would go with the Silvertop. Only thing with the silvertop is you might get a ball bearing turbo. I personally would rather have a convetional turbo as ball bearing units are not rebuildable.

MY95Se-R good luck with the boost. HOpefully the motor comes out problem free. One catch with Tiger is that they are in Canada, problems are not as easy to deal with in that situation.

No ECU or MAF looks like. Those can be had for cheap enough though.

He can run a stock DE ecu and MAF on 7psi without worries, plenty of people have done so including me. The car will run rich yes, but its not to bad, i got around 20mpg on mine. Its not ideal but works if you need to drive it.

I bought my BB motor from them a year & 1/2 ago.

Have been using it as a daily driver (even in the winter). Using DE maf and sensors with Caulum's daughterboard at 10PSI.

I checked the bearings when I did the swap and they were in excellent shape, didnt have to change them at all.

These guys are an hour's drive away from my house.

I think your alone in thinking thats a bad thing lol. A Ballbearing T25 is BETTER then the regular T25's. By the time you rebuild a T25 you might as well have just bought another T25. They are a dime a dozen
