Why would you assume the e-manage is even in the car then if the JWT ECU is enough?

Man... I think you should install your Meth kit ... then start to bump the timing.. see what it does...if you dont get results take the e-manage out ( I dont think its the prob)and do the same with the JWT ecu...
good luck

Gtirs run happily with 20degs of timing on our pump fuel (98/99ron) so I'd be surprised if you couldn't run more advance safely.

I'm running an almost identical setup, with no fine tuning as of yet. At 15psi, my tuner says that his but dyno puts the car at around 320whp. He took a quick look at the maps (timing and fuel), and says that there's definitely another 50~75whp to be made in tuning. The car feels really good and he's actually quite impressed with it, which is why he even wants to mess with the tuning (he's a Hondata guy).

I plan on getting it on the dyno in the next few weeks to let him have a whack at it. It's running rich under full load, anywhere from 10.8~11.2. I'm at 3900ft and use 91 octane pump gas. I think if we can get it to around 11.5~11.8 under full load, and pretty much leave the timing alone, I'll make more power.

I think you should be able to put down 30-40whp more with just timing. I played with afr a bit and found only 5whp going from 11.5 to 12.5. So fuel doesn't have as big of an impact on power, timing is huge. 17 degrees is a lil on the low side and you should be fine on pump if you bump it up to 17 base. You will FEEL the difference. Just keeps the ears open.
