GTIR t28 VS S15 t28

hey guys, jst wondering which one of these two turbo from the gtir n s15 is better in power wise?
Do you guys tink hi-flowing the standard turbo is a better idea if i just want to make 220kw or more atw or just buy a bigger turbo?
if both car is standard with no modification, which one will win in a 1/4mile drag race?

the gtir will outflow the s15, but the s15 is ball bearing so you'll notice slightly better TRANSIENT RESPONSE... that doesnt mean it'll spool up faster from a roll, just it'll respond better to on/off throttle driving.

Put the exhaust housing and exhaust wheel from the GTIR onto the s15 turbo and have a monster turbo

You arent going to notice much of a difference with the 2 turbos as far as response, being they are both smaller frame turbos. I mean does a t25 or t28 really have any lag anyway? From my experiences the both are very responsive ball bearing or not.

Or just buy gt28rs disco potato and be done with it.

Either t28 should make around 300 or so whp in fwd or rwd config.
