Full stock Gti-R engine and turbo
Walbro 255
Full 3" exhaust from turbo to side exit
Pace Front mount IC
HKS filter
Boost at 1bar


I`m not happy and i want to know why i have such low numbers

Damn after the 5250 cross over the TQ #s fall straight down.
What are you using to tune it? Initially that is some nice numbers, say what size injectors? what is your duty cycle?

It hasnt been tuned properly yet! and that was with the standard 444 gtir injectors?
My duty was like 110%
I still cant find the problem!

Yeah you are running out of injectors and they are not safe at that level either.
maximum duty cycle should be at 80%

IFR=Injector fuel rating
BSFC for force induction .55-.6
IFR x # of injectors x .08/BSFC=hp

This forumla will give you the maximum hp that a given injector will yield at 80% duty cycle.

First dyno run for the DD b13. Here's my mods:

All stock GTi-r engine w/JWT ECU
444's, t28, stock IC front mounted, bored MAF, 4 bar fuel set-up, warblo 255, 93 octane

This run was done at 17* timing, 17psi boost



I wish my torque would have held up better, but I'm pleased nonetheless - still gets 30 mpg if I drive it sensibly.

do you have cams in that? for stock cams that would be a very good curve. With cams it would just be more!

#'s are corrected, so uncorrected #'s would be lower... just an FYI. First two runs were in 3rd gear and the last was in 4th. Boosting around 10psi...

Parts list:
W10 longblock
GTiR manifold and T28 turbo
S3 cams
50lb MSD injectors
Z32 MAF
JWT ecu
3" DP to 3" side-exit exhaust.
