He has a de with s-4 cams,GTI-R manifold with a stock T-28,front mount, and stock throttle body. The down pipe sucks (crush bend 2.25) with a 2.5 inch exhaust. At 8 psi were maxing the 370 injectors out and really close on the stock MAF too. Hope this helps.

Thats with stock engine with jwt 4 bar map, 2.5" downpipe, 3" jgy exhaust, hotshot front mount w/ custom 2.25" tubing. My air fuel ratio was high at 13.4, but im using the stock de maf, so im pushing its limits, along with injectors limits. Well ill have the sheet on soon havent got the email yet..........laters

I would love any ideas anyone has on why I go way rich around 5.5k. I dont have a fpr, so my fuel pressure is like 40 with vacum on, and I have the 3 bar jwt ecu. I think that may be the reason, I also heard maybe a boost leak. I still running stock tmic setup. This was with everything in my sig at 10psi. Thanks.

not bad, i would richen it up around 5k and higher rpm. you should see a little more power with a richer mixture uptop.

That pull was done in 4th gear with the following mods:
2002 S15 SR20det engine
HKS GT-RS turbo @ 1bar
HKS manifold
550cc injectors
Apexi PFC
Trust 2core FMIC
3 core radiator
OS Giken twin plate clutch
Greddy oil cooler
Apexi Intake
Z32 MAF
Apexi Fuel Pump and Reg
80mm straight exhaust

This week the engine is getting 260 tomei cams, valve springs, rocker arm stopper, apexi 1.1mm headgasket, 740cc injectors, greddy oil pan and catch tank, and custom head work. After that the car will be retuned for 1.4bar of boost and hopefully put down around 400hp. I should have dyno charts within a few weeks. Drift setup for Japan.

Hi all ,

yes I am a 4X4 man with a grand Cherokee modified to the bone .

I bought it 2001 Nissan premier with 119 whp to take my son back and forth to school without the rumble of the magnum engine I have and that grand Cherokee (( 574whp supercharged )).

119 was not enough so I started to look for some information and modification to do on that engine .
two weeks ago I finished my project .And the numbers I got made me to think that I should get another car ((may be a diesel of van)) for my family

the list of parts I have :
S3 cams from JWT.
I ported the head and install bigger valves .
I ported the intake manifold as much as I could .
255 fuel pump .
720 injectors .
JWT.ECU .
Ford mass air flow sensor .
8.5 compression pistons .
H rods .
I had to spend a lot of money and effort and research because the vehicle was with an SR20DE and not SR20DET. so it's non turbo ...

the numbers I've got so for :

- 260 on 11psi
- 295 on 15psi
- 350 on 19psi
- 382 on 24psi

All that is on pump gas ...

wish me luck

well i just had a run on my good friends brand new dyno dynamics dyno tonight @ www.zensport.ca as a test car.
made a 183 hp@62 to 6300rpm and 160ftlbs of torque @4800 rpm

gtir block and factory fueling setup, BB intercooler, 3" exhaust system with no cat. 9psi of boost and 94gas
From what i got out of it i need to play with my fuel a little and igntion to bring up the power but didnt get time to really read over well what was happing. My dinky BB intercooler was wimping out and got heat soaked really quick too. need to get a better intercooler there soon pluss my only form of boost control at the moment is a bleed 1/16 restrictor being fed back in the turbo inlet not the best form of boost control.
So some key upgrades and some proper adjustments i should see a good increase of power. but im glad i have a base to know were i started form now.
