I forgot to post these... this was my baseline dyno when I went to IPS for the first time... This was back when I had no mods done... just to get the car running.

Now I'm a little more upgraded than this but here it is for the people just starting to get into the turbo world and on a budget.

You can have 211whp/220ft-lbs with less than $1500 invested.

All runs were stopped before 6k, and they were all done at 10psi... temp was 88 degrees or so, with about 21% humidity back in June/July... the spikes registered as max boost so back off... and they were all done less than 12 minutes off the road from Cincinnati to Columbus so BACK OFF! Real time Numbers rock

Stock u12 Bluebird DET (8.5:1 Compression)
Stock Top Mount Intercooler Piping
Stock 370cc Injectors
Stock u13 ECU
Stock GTIR MAF
2.5" Reduction Bent JGY Downpipe
2" Greddy SP N/A Exhaust w/ a stock cat (restrictive exhaust ftw)
Poorman's (Ballin on a Budget) MBC set for 10lbs (spikes at 4k lil bit )
Lastly a Walbro 255hp on Stock FPR

My old setup:

RWD SR20DET
GT2871R with .64 A/R turbine housing
850cc injectors
HKS 264/264 Step I cams
300ZX TT MAF
3" turbo back exhaust
3" test pipe
Turbonetics BOV
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Enthalpy ECU

I made only 330hp and 322 lb-ft tq at 20 psi with boost falling off rapidly to 15 psi (no idea why) as I progressed to redline. A/F goes lean initially, but quickly shifts mode to the comfort zone. Not happy with the power the turbo made.

My new setup should yield better results, which is as follows:

RWD SR20DET
GT2871R with .64 A/R turbine housing
850cc injectors
HKS 264/264 Step I cams
300ZX TT MAF
3" turbo back exhaust
3" test pipe
O2 induction intake manifold with Q45 TB
300ZX TT pistons
Cometic 87mm headgasket
TurboXS RFL BOV
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Enthalpy ECU

I'm really hoping the new setup will yield my goal to get as close to 400 whp as possible.

GTI-r swap
3" downpipe & exhaust with a cat
JWT ecu
cobra MAF
14 psi
safc

I think all that choppy stuff was the pickup losing the tach signal

I'm probably going to tune for 18 psi soon

Finally went to the dynojet today:

207.1 WHP - 225.5 Torque.

Mods are in my sig, but its basicly an U13 SR20DET with full 3" exhaust and boost @ 10 PSI

Next I'm gonna put the S4's in and dyno again. Should be around 240 WHP I guess
...and play a bit with the a/f ratio stuff, cause it's drowning at 5000 rpm
