i don't know if the B15 trans is different but the P11 trans bolts right in after you change the Throw out shaft, the axles, flywheel, bellhousing bolts, there's even the holes drilled and tapped for the drivers side trans mount. the shift linkage is different where it goes into the transmission but it lines up perfectly, the shifter stabilizer on the P11 bolts to the transmission and on our cars bolts to the rear motor mount. just remove the bracket on the trans and keep the stabilizer attached to the rear mount. IT SERIOUSLY BOLTS RIGHT IN. try it....

Right, but that's a P11 transaxle setup for an SR20 Motor,
A.K.A. an RS5F32V or A.

The one that requires extensive modifications to fit to an
SR20 is the one that comes stock on a B15/P11 with a
QR25DE.

Don't try to fit a QR25DE tranny in.. Use the B15 SR20 tranny (years 2000-2001) with the VLSD... I which means you need the one out of a B15 SE w/pp. If you just take it out of the B15 SE you may not get the VLSD..

What clutch arm did you use for your swap? I'm using the B13 LSD arm and it required modification to fit in the P11 LSD trans. Also Slow96SER did this swap in his B14 and his clutch arm required the same modification.

Did you try using the sensors from your original trans? I wasn't sure if they were the same size. My trans only came with the sensor harness for the reverse switch which I was just going to rewire.

Whud up kidd! No our sensors from the B14&13 do not work in the B15 trans. The sensors for that trans has a bigger thread than ours. I have mines blocked right now with some plugs. I have the sensors but don't have the connectors for them. So for the B15 trans you will need to get the reverse & nuetral switch with wire connectors and wires to get those functions back. I'm not sure about the P11 trans. Anybody?????

Any clutch arm will fit, the cable and Hydro swap easy. P10 LSD, non LSD, SE-R, they are all the same, the throw out forks are the same too. I have a B13 LSD clutch arm and i didn't need to modify it. What did you have to do? Well I don't rememmber having to do anything. The connectors are different. I haven't gotten around to getting the plugs. You can get them from the Infiniti Dealer for fairly cheap. I got the plug for my MAF for free cause the like me. I need Rev lights but i'm lazy to do it. It's a pretty brainless swap.. well for me at least, i could se some things that people may get confused over..

What did you have to do to the clutch arm?

ACT 6 puck disc, stock PP

only 2 months old so who knows how long it will last, i DO NOT use 3rd anymore, only when racing.

i noticed clutch slip latley but i think its due to a the PP, its really worn

i plan on upgrading to a b15/p11 trans once i go gt28rs

Someone should make up a whole parts list with part #'s.

That would make it alot easier.

stuofsci02 What do you mean by a b15 se w/pp?

Thanks,Jon

The B15 has come out in 6 trim levels. XE, GXE, SE, SE w/pp, SE-R, SE-R SpecV. The w/pp stands for "with performance package". It gives you sunroof, 16" rims, different interior, and VLSD..

What car did you put this in? A P10?

I used a B13 LSD clutch arm and it required modification. I'll load up some pictures tomorrow. Basically the arm wouldn't go into the trans far enough to allow the throwout bearing to line up. I needed to thin out the bottom of the shaft about a 1/2" to allow it to seat properly.

DOH! i for got about that... the P11 throw out fork uses a bushing at the bottom of the shaft. the P10, B13 doesn't use a bushing. You need to somehow get the bushing out of there or grind the shaft down...

Thanks for reminding me of this. I think i just pushed the bushing out of the hole. don't remember how but i did..
