Actually the AAC Valve? I got the USDM style complete, uncleaned, has spring, bolts also - see pictures $30.00 shipped via USPS 2-3 day service.
PayPaL only please. I'm on West Coast and can have in mail today if paid soon. Brad.
PM if interested.
MasterLink: Thats the one ! ! Looks rusty inside; or is that carbon buildup.
How is the idle adjustment screw? Received a couple with screw stripped or cross-threaded.
Not rust, not carbon. More of a flaky powdery substance - loose. I wanted you to see it "raw" first. I will clean it up with carb cleaner and re-post. Will check screw also. Phillips head is in good shape. Will have reposted by noon West Coast time.
Here are some photos after some disassembly and cleaning.
1. chamber with spring cleaned up decent as you can see but I could not spend too much time on this.
2. Idle adjust screw and threads are great - no problemo here. Rubber seal is still around threads on the outer end. (screwdriver end) photo shows screw turned out.
3. Spring for wax plunger in the octagonal piece got wedged inside. Plunger still has spring action but again, everything could use more cleaning.
If you want to proceed I can get this in USPS 2-3 day service today still with delivery confirmation.
Nope.. We had power outages from the snow/ice storm.. No power, heat or internet. East cost has been a mess over the last few days.
Just saw this.. Agreed, will require more cleaning to make parts move smoothly. The deal will be shipping time. I have a 3 day weekend and planned to do this over the weekend. May only be able to clean mine. I have A/C and P/S. This makes removal and installation difficult. I only want to fool with this once. But, I will probably use yours as a backup unless mine dont meet the ohm specs. I will let you know tonight. Have you performed the olms test? Is each component in spec?
