Well I guess I might be able to make it to the meet. Hey Socksmyrock and anyother Oxnard peeps that are rollin up there, pm me and maybe we can caravan up there because I'm not too sure how to get there and I know it would be a better ride with some fellow sr and ga ppl.
yup, the guy said that people in toher se-r's came to check it out. if you dont mind sharing, what turned you off from getting it?
the motor is strong indeed, the only thing i wanna work on is the suspension. Im waiting on a halfshaft, and both fans. Also I will replace the wiring harness because the wires were mickey moused on the right side. After that it should be good enough for daily usage, and begin modding it.
my cousin got a better deal on a very clean black se-r. either way, you came up aswell. some tlc will get that baby up and running very nice. if u have any questions or want to meet up since you're kind of a local, give me a call.

Well it was that he had needed a really reliable car to get back to theyre town(200 miles away) and well to me it was the axels, that its salvage, brakes were gone, paint did not match, the wiring was off, and it had a dent in the back.
But other than that the interior is clean and thats a big plus with me, and later on that night i had taken him to look at another se-r which he fell inlove with.
But you got your self a good project. if you dont mind me asking how much did he let it go for?
I doubt it, my GF and I are expecting a kid, and the due date was yesterday. So were just wating. I should have my axle and fans on friday, so once thats done I can drive it around daily. The brakes are actually good, just the rotors need turning.
As soon as I have time, I wanna do slotted rotors, either porterfield or hawk brake pads stainless steel brake lines, polyurethane bushings, motor mounts, springs, struts, and new wheels tires.
I'll be representing the 805 at the meet with Oxnards finest b13..

hey guys, had the baby on the 6th, day before the meet. the se-r is doing good. got the axle replaced, removed the wing, stripped the whole interior, removed all the mickey mouse wiring, and cleaned things up a bit.
I think we should have a mini-meet one of these days.... what do yall think?
