I hope I don't get yelled at for doing this, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

So I just got out of the military back in May and moved back home to Sacramento...Roseville to be more exact. I'm looking for a job and cannot find a decent one close by. I'm pretty much willing to do anything but stupid crap like insurance sales, telemarketing...etc. I want a real job that pays the same every week. Retail is fine, but I'd rather get some admin job.

I did four years of finance/admin work in the Marine Corps and am now going to Sierra College for Accounting. Math just comes easy to me and I can do it all day for some reason. I'd like to get some experience, but heck...I'll take whatever. I'll be living off the MGIB, so I don't need to work, but I want to have spending money, pay off some bills faster and save up more cash for when I move to SD in four years after school.


If you got something, I'd appreciate the help. I'm hardworking and honest and don't ask for much. I'm also CPR/AED certified, SCUBA certified and was going to be a personal trainer, but I decided I'd rather workout than sit and watch others workout.

You should check to see if Kaiser in Roseville is hiring. They opened up a massive new facility there.

also check out UCDavis. i have been there almost a year and its pretty steady paycheck.
