Well maybe we should start from the begining I have a 95 200sx sr20de and 4 months ago i got a avienr turbo U12 since then I had my ecu reflashed by JWT when i got that back (9 weeks later) I instaled the ecu along with a walbro 255lph, nismo fpr, serban fuel pressure kit, oil feed kit(capped off), nis-sport adapter, oil pressure guage, drilled and tapped block (capped off), 370cc's and run it at 44 psi at idle, volt guage, vac/boost guage and ran both water feed and return lines. I ran that for almost 2 months now It ran great everyday!!!

Since then I have got new plugs ngk br7's gap .028, cap, rotor, exhaust manifold, VRS full 3" dp back and swapped out the cat for a test pipe ran all that all last week.

Finally the turbo install W/ draw-thru (recirculated) put on the turbo new exhaust manifold gasket, ran water lines, oil lines, and all the IC pipe AIR FLOW IS AS FOLLOWS, filter to the MAF, by the bov recirc flange to the turbo inlet, out the turbo by the wastgate hookup to the IC, out the IC up twards the TB passing by the bov and vaccume source from the side bottom of the TB, the bov is T'ed to the vaccume right behind the TB, the wastgate is attached to the IC pipe about 1 foot for the compressor outlet. hooked up the exhaust, o2 sensor, oil return (altho I dont know if its big enough) ?????????? and the I started her up sounds awsome, idle is great can't ask for better!!

So pulled out of the garage and ***'t for a drive NO BOOST, can't even get the car to go above 5in hg vac but it sounds like its still climbing in rpm's so i did *** every person on this forum should do at this pint (thanks to criscar) and made a pressure tester find out the car is leaking out the VC breather filter I have on, nd from the intake manifold into the VC from the PCV hose and valve???????? isn't it supossed to be positive cranckcase pressure???? the moron asked himself!
So that where im at now i need to go to autozone and get a pcv vale and If that doesn't work i'll take the breather filter off and route a hose from the VC to before the turbo inlet by the BOV recuirc hook-up
If anyone has anymore ideas I would love to hear them i feel like i have read every single thread on this forum!!!! Im a search maniac

I like many other fellow forum members would really like to help you but I don't know if it is because of my lack of sleep or what but I totally did not understand your post man. The best thing you can do at this point would be to take some pics of your setup and post them up then we can go from there.

Jerry.
