The forums and stega.com are on a server at ISP X, NWSR20DE.com domain is hosted free of charge on a friend's personal server at ISP Y. ISP Y does not like to pay they're bills to bandwidth providers and is having some problems. Brian will not complain because the space on the server at ISP Y is free, and unlimited.
