I bought these for my B13 recently but realized they stick out about .5" from the fender. I can't seem to find the stamped offset on the back of the wheel. I don't want the 4x4 look so they have to get sold. They would be perfect for you if you plan to autocross. I would expect you'll get improved handling with the wider stance. Two of the tires are Yokohama ES100 with only about 40% tread, the other 2 tires are nearly bald. Tire size is 195/50r15. Each wheel/tire combined weight is about 34 pounds.

If you want just the wheels shipped then you pay to have the tires dismounted, and I'll do my best to get free wheel boxes from the tire store. I don't really expect to lower the price I'm asking since I have no use for the tires. A prior owner of these wheels painted them black, didn't do so good since if you look closely you'll spot paint runs.
I will consider trades if you have 15's/16's or 17's.

how much does just a wheel without a tire weigh?

Oops, forgot the price, $220 for all 4 wheels/tires. I don't know the wheel weights, it might be around 17 pounds. That's assuming most tires in the 195/50r15 size weight about 17 pounds each.

I measured the backspacing, it's 4.75", or 38mm positive offset approximately.

i would want some new / decent tires to replace the 2 bald ones.. since all 4 of my tires are in decent shape an my fronts are new

Thanks, but I think I have a buyer for these. I don't really want to spend any more money on wheels. I'm just gonna stay with the stock SE-R rims.
