Those using 225 45 15 tires, please respond!

what is the offset of your wheels?

Are you wheels 15x7 or ???

Which brand of tires are you using?

Are they hoosiers? Nitto NT01, Toyo RA1? or ????

Did you have to roll the fenders? Use spacers?

Any rubbing issues?

I have a set of 225 45 15 hoosiers and not sure I want to attempt to use them or just resell them.

Kind of wrong section, but...

We're running 15x7s with a +35 offset. Hankook Z214s (the DOT slicks, similar to Hoosier) in 225-45-15s. Rolled the fenders, no spacers. This is on the P10, which I think is worse than the B13 for clearance...

Chris, let me know where you want me to move this thread to.

I ran 225/45/15 hoosiers on the B13 sentra. +30 offset with 7mm spacers in the back to clear the struts. No fender rolling/massaging, just ran the car high enough to keep the tires off the fenders

I run Hoosier's on Konig Kolors (+38 I think) 15x7. Fastbrakes 11" setup on front so 10mm spacers to clear the calipers, then 10mm spacers in the rear to clear the struts. Fenders are rolled flush F&R. It is a decent PITA to get these to fit if you've never used them before, good luck.

Whitewall Hoosiers?

I run 225/45/15 Whitewall Hoosiers. Yes, the whitewalls make a difference.

15x7 +27mm Kosei K1's + 6mm spacer + 3" studs. I can go wider upfront with no issues, rears are a hair away from the coilover perch and rubbing the outside.

My fenders are extremely worked front and back. The fronts are flared, spaced and rolled. The rears are beaten to sh*t and it still rubs now and then.

Does anyone know what offset would a B14 need to run 225's?

Not much. Plenty of rear clearance in a B14 since the shock is canted so far inboard. I think +35 would be plenty...

What do you think about 30? I found a set of 15X7 Team Dynamics and the guy isn't sure if they are 30 or 35. Would either work do you think?

You will need a roll up front but the rear is cake for the most part with either of those offsets.

Yep, just a little massaging up front, but the front fenders are so thin, it'll be cake.
