rota 15in c8 w/ azenis tires $450 socal pic up

i have one set of gunmetal rota classic 8 rims, they measure 15x6.5 with a 38mm offset, with falken azenis 205/50vr-15tires. front tires have about 70% tread and the rear have about 85% socal pick up

How could you have 16 inch tires on a 15 inch rim? If this is a mistake and you ment 15 I'm in the San Diego area and I have cash we should meet up so I can see them.

yes they are circuit 8's about 11 months old (6 of which i
spent in iraq) they are in perfect condition only about 1100 miles on them. i live in vista (near Camp Pendleton) but the rims are at a shop in el cajon
