Coolant / Water path and direction diagram

Does anyone have a diagram which shows which way and direction the water flows thought the motor?

Thats a great diagram! thx, do you have anything on the rear of the motor? TB, Heater core, etc..

you can figure it out by looking at the lines as they leave the thermostat.
