I have a 1996 200SX SE-R tranny in my 1992 Sentra SE-R. You will have to change out the Speed Sensor on the tranny(just pull the one from your 92 tranny), but other than that it works just fine. You won't need to use the Crank Positioning Sensor on the front of the tranny either. The axles from your 91-94 will work just fine with the 95-97 tranny also.
