I have the opportunity to buy a '94 SE-R for $1000. Here's what it has:
sunroof, ABS, airbag, HKS intake, hybrid KBD/Stillen header (i.e. the KBD
didn't have a flew pipe, so a Stillen secondary was welded in), GAB/H&R
strut/spring combo, GAB STB, HKS cat back wit ANSA tips, ST sway bars. The
car has about 120k miles, faded black paint, 5th gear pop out( a '94?????),
needs a input shaft bearing. A few summers ago, one of the #3 exhaust
valves broke in half because of detonation. The valve was replaced, but not
lapped, so the cylinder is a little weak. The driver's door was broken into,
and in the process, the outside lock was pushed in. What do you guys think?
Should I go for it, or pass on it, and be tempted by George's posted about
all the G20s on Ebay??
