You may want to have a new cat gasket on hand. Mine was fine (trilaminate metal), but I replaced it anyway. Also, I used a shortened nut to close the EGT threaded insert. Other than that, I think you are fine.

Don't forget to check/retorque the nuts holding your header to the head several times in the following weeks. Mine hled fine, but it's good policy.

If you use header wrap, do it before installation.
