This guy on honda-tech is telling me that replacing the crank pulley will cause bearings to fail quickly. I did my research before purchasing pulleys and found no mention of bearing failure. Has anyone experienced this?

I have never heard that. I have heard something like this:
"We do not recommend the pullies for higher rpm's.(7000-8000) they do not have counter weights like the factory ones."
I thought this stuff was on the crank?...
the guy at JWT told me this.

Our engines are internally balanced from the factory. No need to worry about your engine dying from not having a damper/balancer. I'm not sure about Honda engines, though. What are you doing taking from advice from a Honda guy about Nissan anyway

I have had my UR pulleys on my car for two weeks now and they have seen redline about 30 times. I have noticed no problems. I have never heard of any problems with them either, at least on SE-R's. They are an excellent mod for the price. Right up there with the header considering there is no drawbacks to them.

Wasn't getting advice, I was giving it

I spend time on their competition board. There are some extremely knowledgeable people on that board with their **** in order. So I hand around and see what I can pick up. Occasionally I swing over to the tech board to see how the other half live
This guy was wondering what underdrive pulleys were and what they did.

Get the 4 pulley set if you get a good deal i.e. around $250-275. I put all 4 on my NX while the engine was in the car and it wasn't *that* bad. It was easier to put them on my DET calssic project when the engine was out though
