I have a clutchnet, sprung copper laced disc, its definitely firm, puts up with my GTi-R'ed SE-R fine, doesn't slip, and gets the wheels loose pretty easily... That's the only thing I have to contribute personally, but I know from other people that ACT clutches are awesome, and I had a centerforce on my crx, and it was a pretty good clutch, but super weak car, so it didn't really matter. I personally would like to go to a sprung 6-puck because I like the harsh clutch feel.
