Common problem. You need some custom rails or JIC makes some for their seats. I made my own for my sentra/sparco roadster combo. Does the sparco have holes only in the bottom or also on the side as well?
no, s13s have a very odd floor pattern, the tunnel goes into the floor board slightly, making seat rails complicated. theres a few companies that make good pow profile sliders, just search around. i cant remember who it is offhand.
You could always make your own...I don't know if you have the patience or resources though.
Make a brakett so you can use your stock rails and sliders, just make an adapter to go from the seat to the rails, shouldn;t vbe too difficult, if I'm thinking correctly(which I very well may not be) you can just drill holes to line up with the seat in the stock rails.

Problem with that is this. The stock seat is formed between the rails a bit. Aftermarket seats are not so they have to sit above the rails which makes them too tall.
