After hella banging I got the 140k one out and used an Autozone rented tool to get the new one in. Only one problem- the castle nut won't go on far enough:

I'm WAY beyond the 46-54 ft-lb torque spec and it ain't going down any more. Can't even see the hole for the cotter pin yet. Ideas?
