Put them in today, engine sounds different above 4 grand. What is a safe rpm to shift at? before i was shiftin at 7000.

can i have some money for a dyno please.haha.
Im thinking maybe 150whp.

Ive got 4 pc pullies and those cams, what should i set the timing at?

what is the stock timing? how did u go about deciding 19 degrees. ( not being a assh0le, just wanna learn timing)

19deg is tried and True. Some people will tell you 19deg's and some will say 17deg's. Its all about where your car like its timing advanced to.

From what I understand the first day you install your cams your not going to feel anything. The ECU has to learn them first. Kinda like when you first throw an exaust on. So I wanna hear how you feel about them in a few days!

Would I be able to leave it at 15-17 degs?
I just don't want to have to use the 93 grade octane .
Gas prices these days are outrageous! I think were almost up to $3.80 a gallon here in Hawaii! I'm content with the hi-port intake cam upgrade, but these are too dirt cheap to pass up.

If you advance your timing you have to run higher octane fuel.

Thanks for the reply.
But is it necesary to advance the timing? or because by advancing it would give the optimum results? I wanted to leave the timing stock and advance it if I went to the track.
