spark plugs , oil change , coolent flush , things like that could help also fuel dont start it with old fuel that could suck up gunk into the motor

im going to do an oil/filter change, drain the old gas, check my plugs, the coolant is going to be new b/c of the new rad, maybe the brake fluid, any other ideas?

I suggest pulling the fuel pump fuse, taking out the plugs and spinning the engine with the starter until the oil pressure builds up. That way you will have oil in the turbo and top end before you fire it up.
