Best (cheapest) place to Buy exhaust?

I am looking to buy a new header and cat back exhaust for my '97 200sx SE-R. Who sells Greddy or HKS for the cheapest prices. I think I want to buy a Hotshot Header.

If anyone has advice on which cat-back system to buy I would appreciate advice. I want one that sounds good but does not drone at highway cruising speeds.
