When I park mine, I notice the back tires have almost no wheel gap while the front have a few inches. It looks like the trunk is loaded down with weight, or something.

The ride also seems a little off-balance and rougher than it should be.

Yeah i'd say the rear is going. Thats how mine went too. Rears, then front. I saw it coming cause I'm really hard on suspensions, always have been bad with them. Tires too.
I just hooked it up on the suspension too. but i let it go for awhile, mostly cause i had to.

That is NOT a good way to judge it. All B14's have the difference in gap you are talking about between the front and the rear from the factory. If you have followed along with Mike Kojima and project 200SX SE-R in SCC as well as project 1.6 he states this very thing, and why the B14 looks kinda cheesy until they put on perfomance (and lowering) springs to balance it out.

I dunno man. I had no wheel gap in back. My rears were f'ed up. The rears wear out faster I believe. Definitely check it out.
