hey
sounds silly but Im sersious. Is there any harm done to the vehicle if this is done?
My stupid car has had a mushy brake pedal for more than a minute and its annoying. Ive tried numerous times to bleed the brakes but it still has the annoying mushiness. Howeva this dude says he bleed his brakes with the car on and he said it felt way better than before. But I dont know if its recommended or anything...
can anyone shed some light on this?

I would first check for any broken lines or leaks anywhere, check out the caliper pistons and see if they're leaking, if all that is good it might be a master cylinder. I dont think that bleeding it while running will make a difference.
