Went out and got raped by a dealer for new OEM brake pads(front). Question, do i need to drill holes in the sides to make the return springs fit in? or did i get the wrong pads?
Our front calipers don't have any springs, though the piston has to be clamped back into the bore to make the pads fit.
Are you talking about the rear pads? The rear calipers have a return spring for the parking brake, but I didn't have to drill my rear pads the last time I changed them.
