I had this Idea a few years ago, I was going to go to Wal-Mart buy some rolls of tickets and go to local high schools and sell the tickets for 10 bucks each. Then pick a winning ticket. I figured if I could sell 2500 tickets or so, or less, that I would win either way. I had a 94 Accord that was worth about 3500 bucks and thought I could make some easy money. But laws against raffling and not going to charity/ non profit organization came into play as someone else stated.
