For those of you who are interested in cam comparos. I superimposed my latest dyno over Rob's dyno. This way you can make an infromed decision about the C3 cams on a B14.

I was joking with you. But Andreas Miko suggests that the best cams for the low port are the C1s. I respect his opinions and should have listened to him. Oh well, live and learn.

Did you ever find out of JWT put the degree that Rob had into the final grind?

If not I think you should dyno the car with some cam gears and degree the cams for optimum power. Rob started at 158hp with the C3's too.

They did add Rob's adjustments to the final grind. That is why they are telling me that cam gear adjustment is not needed.

Tommy, Naji is going to at least try to squeeze maximum power out of these cams before he sells them, RIGHT NAJI??!?!?!?!

Don't give up man. I know you have more power in your car. You never told me how the timing adjustments went.

They say it may not be needed, but you never know. And his were tuned for the high port. the low port may need a different timeing setting than the high port. as long as you dont get into the dangerous range of advance and retard with valve to piston clearances....it probaly wouldnt hurt.

I am not giving up yet. I am going to exhaust all possibilites before I give up.

I did not get a chance to put the car on the dyno last Friday. R&D cancelled on me. I will try some other time. Right now I am overwhelemd with work.
