so...

i had sold some high port cams to someone here on the forum. when i went to package up the cams i decided to give them one final look over. each cam lobe looked great and was perfectly smooth except for the 1 cylinder on the intake cam. I noticed an area where the surface had a small dink in it. So being the honest cough eagle scout cough that i am... i informed my buyer and provided him some picks of the damage so that he could decide what to do. He eventually decided that he just wanted to call the deal off so i returned his money... issue resolved.

now my question is whether or not these cams will be useful to anyone and whether the "dink" is severe enough to prevent them from being used. Here are 4 shots of the cam lobe in question. http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4287536115 I would appreciate your opinions on how this lobe looks.

BTW i have already found and read through this past post http://www.sr20forum.com/showthread.php?t=64632&highlight=cams+wear+finger

if they are still useable i'll be looking for a new buyer... price to be determined by the severity of the damage... would be helpful if you suggested what they would be worth aka 70 shipped for perfectly fine cams to 0 plus shipping for completely useless cams.
