Did you leave it in self diagnostic mode? It is probably blinking for when the o2 sensor tells the ecu it is running rich and lean.
CEL doesn't come on...again.
So it started working. Now it won't do chit. It doesn't come one when you put the key in and it keeps flashing when I'm driving. It's getting rather annoying. Any ideas on what it might be?

I would have to concur on that one. Do a search and I'm sure you can find how to take it out of this mode.
un-bolt the ecu and turn the self diagnostic screw in the correct directions, it will say it right on the back of the ecu. (if your sticker is still there, mine was.
