I got the ECU code that points to EGR and I'm thinking to change the tubing myself. Does anyone know how to locate the tube cuz there are a few attatched to the egr valve. And how much is it to buy?

when u say tube..do u mean the egr pipe?
theres only one metal pipe that connects to the headers to the
intake manfiold. get a can of electrical cleaner spray.
take off the egr pipe and clean that **** first before u buy one

im having the same problem rite now
reading 10 long flashes and 5 short.
comes on in a blue moon. just too lazy to do it myself
and i jammed the egr bolt to the obx headers so i know its stripped.

Thanks, I thought it was one of the rubber tubes that caused the problem. And from what I've read in the forums, the tube needs to be 8mm instead of 10mm. Can you confirm we're still talking about the same tube or pipe? Should I get a 8mm pipe if comes down to it?

yea people told me the pipes diameter was to big.
but others also has said to clean it first and see if its not clogged
and to clean the egr valve.
cheapest way out that i know of...all ur doing is buying a can of electrical parts cleaner. and if that doesnt work then do what u said.
no harm in trying its not like ur gonna invest on something that cost alotta $$$$
