I've definately got an exhaust leak of some type, but I'm not possative where. Midas says that its at the flex pipe. He showed me, and it does look ratty but I couldn't see where it was leaking. Anyway since this started my car has been noticable weaker, and the milage has dropped by about 3 mpg. So basically what I'm asking is would that happen with a leaky flex pipe?

Yeah im in the same situation right now with my car. My stillen headers flex pipe is torn to shiet! Im replacing with the stock flex pipe off my buddys stock header. The car feels noticeably slower and sounds really bad. I'll tell ya tomorrow if it makes any difference.

My stock flex pipe is leaking also but I dont think it is robbing power. I just ran a 15.5 with just a POP and leaking flex pipe.

Tell me about it, lol. I have a brand new Hotshot header, and the flex pipe has leaked from day one. Hotshot just shipped me out a new downpipe.

Good thing Pacesetter has no real flexpipe.
Just a cheap imitation of a flex pipe. GO PACE GO!!

However when my stock flex pipe busted it definitely took some power along with it.
