I never knew that Courtesy made a B-pipe for the B14. But I saw one on Mike G's site. Can anyone verify the piping diameter of the pipe? I thought that Mike G's site said 2", but when I called them they guy said 2.5". Please verify guys! TIA

OH and for those that have it, are you happy with it? Is it holdong up OK?

Has anyone tried a s2k SE muffler w/ the courtesy b-pipe on any of the sr20de powered cars? Everytime I see a 2000 sentra SE hammer it down the road, I notice the exhaust has a pretty good note for stock. Would it be possible to use that stock muffler and expect a HP gain, or is a performance muffler the best way to go with the new b pipe? I'm just thinking out of my ass right now, also I remember somebody posting a video of a 200sx se-r with the full courtesy cat-back on a dyno. Does anyone have more sound clips or a link to that video. Thanks

Yea plenty of people use the b-pipe and the stock muffler. Eric does it on his 96 cause the $tillen rusted though 2 or 3 times. as for the 2000 se's i dont know. depends on the flange bolt pattern and if the exhaust is exactly the same as it is on a 98-99. think atleast courtsey has the 98-99 b-pipe. no wait think they changed it in 98 cause i think i remember naji complaining about it. oh well i dont know crap about b14-b15's

LOL my POS Stolen muffler rusted through in a little over a year. I told them to stick it in their ass! Got an APEX now and I love it. BTW thanks for the answer, I'll wait till I go turbo or do a swap before I go 2.5".

the 2k does not have the same exhaust as a b14. it will not work, and a 2.5 imho is not too big, just a little more than you actually need.

It can be made to fit a 98. Naji is just....

Anyway Its an awesome value! $178 for a SS B-pipe. You pay $400 for a greddy and it smaller and only aluminized steel. Plus if you have the S3 cams its the icing on the cake
When I put mine on it was like night and day.I got a huge power increase on my SOTP dyno.

Ya its not bad for turbo. Its a little restricting for a SR turbo but for a GA it might be perfict.

I'm going to be upgrading to 3" when I get the money. Jay H knows a good shop in CT that I'm probably going to try out. Whats a 2hr drive for good exhaust work?..
