crown ss brake lines

I bought some crown ss brake lines through mossy and am just now realizing how poorly they fit.

They are all WAY too long which make them way too close to rubbing the wheels, the clips aren't very springy and the metal parts that connect to the body aren;t the same shape as the nissan ones, so they just spin if you try to tighten the brake lines.
After a while I got them to work, but I wouldn't be surprised if they start to rub the wheels in the future.

Has anybody else had problems with these on an NX? are the brake lines different between and NX and se-r??

After years of using the Goodridge lines it got caught in the tire & was destroyed.
